The Hershey Company will undergo a $2.85M office space expansion project in Frisco. The company’s office is located on the 12th floor of The Tower at Hall Park in Frisco.
“We are expanding our existing office space in Dallas as part of our ongoing strategy to support key business initiatives and attract top talent,” a company representative said. “The expansion will increase capacity from 20 to approximately 65 employees by September.”

According to a listing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the project will feature 16,000 square-feet of new construction.
The project, which is slated to begin in April and be completed by September, has an estimated construction cost of $2,850,000.
