An Oklahoma woman died after she crashed her motorcycle into a rock wall in West El Paso, authorities said.
Yolanda Rainey, 65, was driving a 2021 blue Harley Davidson motorcycle about 2:35 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 23, in the 1200 block of Resler Drive near High Ridge Drive, El Paso Police Department spokeswoman Detective Judy Oviedo said in a news release.
Rainey was approaching the intersection of Resler and High Ridge drives when she attempted to make a left-hand turn onto High Ridge. She hit a curb and crashed into a rock wall, the news release states.

She was thrown from the motorcycle and suffered serious injuries. She was taken to a hospital, where she later died because of the injuries.
Police are asking anyone with information about the fatal crash to call the nonemergency number at 915-832-4400 or to call Crime Stoppers of El Paso anonymously at 915-566-8477 (TIPS).
This is the 53rd traffic-related death of 2025 compared to 55 at this same time last year.
