The Pflugerville housing market saw a year-over-year increase in home sales in February, while Hutto home sales dropped, according to data by Unlock MLS.

In Pflugerville, 85 homes were sold in February compared to the 67 homes sold in February 2025. The median price of the homes sold were also lower than last year, dropping from a little over $409,000 to close to $395,000 in February.

Vaike O’Grady, market research advisor at Unlock MLS, said in a news release that a decline in active home listings across the metro indicates that buyers are jumping back into the housing market faster than sellers.

“These balanced market conditions have given buyers a chance to catch up,” O’Grady said. “It’s a good sign that healthy momentum is fueling the market.”
