Fort Worth Police are currently investigating an active situation that took place in the 2200 block of Maddox St.

Fort Worth police are currently investigating an active scene near US 287 at Mitchell Boulevard and southbound at Rosedale that has involved a fatality.

WFAA reporters are at the scene as well, awaiting word from officials, including police commissioner Eddie Garcia. We will provide more information when it is available.
