The new H Mart Plaza along NE Loop 820 in Haltom City is fully leased, according to the city. It is scheduled to open in the spring.
Haltom City
H Mart, the Korean-inspired superstore, may not open until sometime this summer, as work continues inside the building, a Haltom City official said.
Nicholas Ballard, a city spokesperson, said the city is basing its projection on “tenant improvements,” meaning work is still underway.
A representative from H Mart did not respond to emailed questions.
H Mart said previously that the Haltom City location would likely open this spring.
In December, Haltom City announced that the H Mart Plaza was 100% leased and that businesses would open in the coming months.
H Mart is the anchor of the 50-acre mixed use development at 3920 NE Loop 820.
