A new fine-dining establishment serving modern Indian cuisine in Leander is expected to open to customers in late March, owner Anil Annepu said.

On the menu

AnTeNa Kitchen & Bar will blend modern dining with traditions of Andhra, Telangana and North America.

“Where heritage meets high art,” the company’s website states.

The new spot will serve a range of light bites, including golden brussels sprouts tossed in garlic ghee and roasted chana dal spice, as well as appetizers like grilled minced chicken kebabs infused with herbs.

Entree selections include Charred Paneer Tikka Masala de Maison, which is tandoor-charred paneer simmered in a spiced tomato-onion sauce with a touch of cream.

The restaurant will have a variety of vegetarian, chicken, lamb, goat, shrimp and fish options available.

The drink menu

AnTeNa Kitchen & Bar will serve a selection of drinks and cocktails, such as Garrison Brothers small batch bourbon and specialties like the Masala Paloma.

The restaurant was initially slated to open in November 2025, according to previous Community Impact reporting. It is now expected to open the fourth week of March, Annepu said.
