Jordyn Thibodeaux was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out ten batters over six innings while giving up just two earned runs off two hits. She has been consistent: she hasn’t given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter’s box, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with one double and one RBI.

In other batting news, Audryna Almaraz was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. That’s the most RBI she has posted since back in February. Braelyn Bailey was another key player, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and one double.

Calallen always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .617. They are a perfect 7-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Calallen’s record now sits at 14-8-1. As for Ingleside, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 15-9 record.
