Slaughter Lane Corridor Improvements

Project: Work involves mobility and safety improvements along Slaughter Lane between MoPac and Brodie Lane.

Update: As of March 12, there are two lanes open in each direction from MoPac to Brodie Lane, with ongoing construction. Work has begun on the shared-use path westbound from Brodie Lane.

Oak Hill Parkway

Project: The 7-mile stretch of highway has been undergoing a $677 million facelift since 2021. TxDOT is currently reconstructing Hwy. 290 in Oak Hill, transforming the existing four-lane, undivided roadway to a six-lane divided highway with new frontage roads and 14 miles of shared-use paths, according to TxDOT documents.

Update: The Convict Hill Road signal at the eastbound Hwy. 290 frontage road is temporarily out of service.
