EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A 37-year-old man has been taken into custody in the Lower Valley after a domestic disturbance turned into a SWAT standoff Friday afternoon.
The El Paso Police Department did not identify the suspect by name, only revealing his age.
EPPD said the victim of the disturbance is a person in their 60s.
No word on injuries.
Details remain scarce.

Everything started when officers were called in at around 3:30 p.m. to the 9500 block of Martinique Drive, near Loop 375, just north of Socorro.
Shortly thereafter, EPPD’s SWAT unit responded to the scene.
