After dropping their first two meetings in 2015, LCU won 10 straight against the Mustangs.
The Lady Chaps are 8–2 against MSU at home and 7–2 in Wichita Falls.

The longest win streak for LCU in the series is 10 games (April 11, 2021 – February 21, 2024), while Midwestern State’s longest winning streak was a two-game win streak last season, as MSU swept LCU in a doubleheader on March 21, 2025 (9–8 and 6–2).
Last season’s four-game regular season series was split, as the home team swept each of the doubleheaders. Following a pair of losses in Wichita Falls, LCU returned the favor sweeping an Apr. 27, 2025 doubleheader (8-7, 4-2).
This season, LCU holds a 2-0 record after a road doubleheader sweep in Wichita Falls on Feb. 15, with a 3-2 win in 13 innings and a 5-0 shutout victory.
