Week 9 of the 2025 Central Texas high school football season was dominated by perhaps the Austin area’s game of the year — the Lake Travis Cavaliers at the Westlake Chaparrals, which Lake Travis won 31-10 — but that hardly was the only big result of the week. Vandegrift, Westwood, Cedar Ridge, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Anderson and Liberty Hill all posted important district victories this week.
