Connect is a local, woman-owned pilates and yoga studio.

Additions continue to the retail, restaurant, and service lineup within The Shops at Park Lane. Located on the east side of Central Expressway across from NorthPark Center, the split-level, 33.5 acre development has added IKEA, Intuit TurboTax, ASI Gymnastics, Cream & Crepes Cafe, and Soleplier Shoe Store within the last year. On Saturday, March 14, Connect Studio DFW hosted a grand opening event to mark its official addition to the expanding directory.

Connect is a woman-owned, single-location boutique exercise studio situated on the north end of the shopping center at 8132 Park Lane, Suite 160, across from Bowl & Barrel. Helmed by co-founders Kay Luna and Kristie Magalong, the studio offers daily 50- and 55-minute pilates and yoga classes, including heated and beginner-friendly sessions. Overall, the owners aim to create “an inclusive environment where people of all backgrounds and experience levels come together to move, learn, and uplift one another.” Memberships start at $125, with a single-class drop-in price of $25.

Specific to Preston Hollow, Connect Studio DFW joins a growing list of new exercise studios in and around our neighborhood, including Club Burn at Preston Forest Square and Jet Set Modern Pilates in the Plaza at Preston Center.
