SAPD helicopter helps locate alleged shooter after man shot and hospitalized

SAN ANTONIO – A man is in the hospital in life-threatening condition after a shooting Sunday morning.

The incident occurred around 11:05 a.m. near Country Village Street and Loop 410.

According to the San Antonio Police Department, residents in the area heard gunshots and saw a man on a bicycle riding away from the scene.

Another man was found shot and taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. The alleged shooter was found with the assistance of SAPD’s helicopter.
