LOUISVILLE, Ky. (TNND) — Police say a woman in Kentucky died after getting fatally caught under a St. Patrick’s Parade float.
The Louisville Metro Police were dispatched around 4 p.m. after being notified of a person being struck by a vehicle.
According to a preliminary investigation, it was revealed that a woman who was participating in the St. Patrick’s Day parade was walking alongside the float.
For unknown reasons, her foot got caught by the float, where she fell and got caught under the vehicle and was struck.
