One year after a forgettable 16-16 season that sent the TCU Horned Frogs home in March without so much as an NIT bid, the Horned Frogs are back in the NCAA Tournament with a chip on their shoulder.

TCU earned a No. 9 seed in the East Region Sunday, drawing No. 8 Ohio State in the first round Thursday at Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, S.C.

While the stakes are high, it’s all about surviving and advancing. A win against Ohio State puts TCU right up against No. 1 Duke, barring any Cinderella stories by Siena in the First Round.
