AUSTIN, Texas — Austin police on Monday announced the arrests of two physical therapists in separate sexual assault cases. Â
Police said Paul Lietz and Manuel Rangel each face sexual assault charges in connection with allegations that they assaulted their patients. Â
According to investigators, Lietz works as a physical therapist in the Mueller area, while Rangel previously worked as a physical therapist in the Medical Parkway area. Â
Police said that because of the sensitive nature of the cases, additional details are not being released. Both investigations remain open and active. Â
