Living with multiple sclerosis can change someone’s life in an instant; that’s why the National MS Society is raising awareness through events like the MS Walk and Bike. Deandra Stanley with the National MS Society was here along with Anita Uribe-Martin with University Health.

Multiple Sclerosis is an autoimmune disease that attacks the central nervous system. Telling your body to do things wrong, attach the myelin within your skin, and more. Everyone with the disease is affected differently. Often times it can appear as other conditions so diagnosis is incredible important.

Walk MS: San Antonio is a great way for those with MS to get together and fight for a better life while meeting people who have gone through similar struggles.
