HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — Police released new surveillance photos of a suspect wanted in connection with the deadly shooting of a man in north Houston on Sunday morning.

According to the Houston Police Department, patrol officers responded to a shooting at 10500 Bauman Road at 11:15 a.m on Sunday. Officers said they found a man with multiple gunshot wounds in the street.

Houston Fire Department paramedics responded and pronounced the man dead at the scene, officials said.

The identity of the 24-year-old victim is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences, according to officials.

Investigators said they determined the victim was walking northbound on Bauman Road when a man in a gray 2012 to 2016 Honda Accord got out and fire mutliple times, hitting the victim. The suspect then fled the scene, according to authorities.
