Highland Park’s 75205 leads in Texas’ luxury housing, despite market challenges, according to the Business Journals analysis of major ZIP codes’ mortgage data.

While high-end housing is seeing challenges similar to the wider residential market, Highland Park’s 75205 is leading the way among luxury neighborhoods in Dallas-Fort Worth — and across the state.

That’s according to the latest Business Journals analysis of the country’s hottest luxury housing markets, which examined ZIP code-level mortgage and real estate data provided by Intercontinental Exchange. The analysis was limited to ZIP codes that had an average sale price of $1.5 million or greater and a minimum of 10 listings sold during the fourth quarter.

The hottest luxury housing markets in DFW in the fourth quarter were:

75205 in Highland Park76092 in Southlake75201 covering parts of downtown and Uptown Dallas75225 in University Park

DFW is Texas’ largest luxury housing market so these results are not surprising. But there is often a heated competition to see which opulent North Texas enclave will come out on top. University Park’s 75225 was the No. 1 luxury housing market in the Metroplex and statewide in Q3 2025. In Q2, the hottest luxury housing market in DFW was the condo-filled 75201.
