For 1,923 minutes, March 24-25, Red Raiders across the country will come together
during Texas Tech University’s fourth Day of Giving — a moment when every gift, whether $5, $50 or $5,000, fuels a movement that moves
the university ON&ON.

With more than 100 funds featured, donors can give to the areas across campus that
matter most to them, from student support and academic excellence to campus enhancement
and championship athletics.

“Day of Giving is especially meaningful because it invites every Red Raider to take
part in advancing Texas Tech,” said President Lawrence Schovanec. “Each gift, big
or small, reflects a shared belief in the future of our university and in the success
of the students we serve.”

The university-wide fundraising event begins at 8 a.m. March 24 and ends at 4:03 p.m.
March 25, lasting 1,923 minutes, representing the year of Texas Tech’s founding.

This year, the university has a goal to bring together 1,625 Day of Giving donors
to create a collective impact and make 2026 the most successful Day of Giving to date.

Amplifying donors’ impact are challenge funds totaling more than $65,000, where generous supporters have committed funding to help
others maximize their gifts.

“Day of Giving offers a chance to support our meaningful programs and to learn more
about campus initiatives,” said Byron Kennedy, vice president for advancement. “It’s an opportunity to see in real time the impact our donors have on our students,
faculty, staff, campus and community. Your gift also makes you a donor for ON&ON:
The Campaign for Texas Tech.”

Along with making a gift, Red Raiders and friends of the university can also support
Texas Tech Day of Giving initiatives in other ways.

Day of Giving is a community-wide event where supporters are encouraged to spread
the word, connect and celebrate. By visiting the “Get Involved” page on the Texas Tech Day of Giving website, supporters can access social media
graphics, show their Red Raider pride and advocate for their favorite funds.

Those looking to participate in Day of Giving in person can attend events held throughout campus. A Day of Giving celebration will be held in the Student Union
Building Indoor Courtyard from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. March 24. Additionally, colleges
across campus will host pop-up events for their faculty, staff and students.

Whether an alumnus, student, faculty member, staff member or friend of the university,
now is the moment to make a difference and shape the future of Texas Tech. Every gift
of any size made during Day of Giving fuels a movement that propels Texas Tech ON&ON.
Together, collective generosity can transform this moment into a lasting impact.
