One woman was able to evacuate the home, officials say. No injuries were reported.

DALLAS — Dallas fire crews battled large flames in an overnight house fire in North Dallas, according to officials.

Dallas Fire-Rescue responded to a report of a fire on St Michaels Drive near Medical City Dallas Hospital just before 1 a.m. Thursday.

When crews arrived on scene they were met with heavy flames through the roof of the home.

Firefighters were able to get the blaze under control just after 1:30 a.m.

One woman was able to evacuate the home and no injuries were reported, officials say.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
