Founded in 2009, Dwell with Dignity has transformed hundreds of homes and shared spaces for individuals experiencing poverty and homelessness. Representing the collective efforts of charitable foundations, designers, retailers, and corporate partners, the Dallas-based nonprofit also raises funds through its annual pop-up shop, The Studio (formerly Thrift Studio). Taking place each year for one month only, The Studio combines sponsored interior design vignettes with high-end, discounted home décor items available for purchase.

Marking its 15th year, The Studio will return April 10–May 9 to 1833 East Levee Street in Dallas. Chaired by Jean Liu and Kendall Bardin, the 2026 new designer roster includes Preston Hollow’s Ashleigh Graber Design. Amazon will return as Presenting Sponsor, continuing a multi-year partnership that has helped to generate more than $1.5 million in merchandise sales.
“The Studio is our flagship fundraiser and a critical driver of our mission to transform lives through design,” says Teresa Charnock, executive director of Dwell with Dignity. “When someone shops at The Studio, they are directly supporting that work.”
Following a ticketed preview party on the evening of Thursday, April 9, The Studio will open to the public at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 10. The store will be open thereafter through May 10, each Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Items this year will include furniture, housewares, accessories, and artwork, all sold at “significant discounts. All proceeds from The Studio benefit Dwell with Dignity. For more information visit www.dwellwithdignity.org.
