Public Image Ltd., the post-punk band led by former Sex Pistols frontman Johnny Lydon, is scheduled to perform San Antonio, but fans will have to wait almost a year.

The group this week unveiled details about its first North American tour in more than a decade, which will include a stop at San Antonio’s Aztec Theatre on Sunday, Feb. 21, 2027.

Tickets go on general sale at 10 a.m. Friday, March 20 at 10 a.m. via the band’s website. An artist pre-sale is already underway via the code PUBLICIMAGE.

The series of dates, titled This Is Not The Last Tour, will be split into two legs over 2026 and 2027.

Following the San Antonio show, the band will perform a string of other Texas dates including Austin’s Mohawk on Tuesday, Feb. 23; the Echo Lounge & Music Hall in Dallas on Wednesday, Feb. 24: and Houston’s White Oak Music Hall on Thursday, Feb. 25.

So, SA fans who didn’t get enough of Johnny’s rotten attitude — or his, at times, pro-MAGA sentiments — will have several more chances to get pissed off but also enjoy some dancey, experimental “anti-rock” in the process.
