Manchester City launches its first full-time U.S. youth soccer program in North Texas, offering world-class coaching for ages 8-19, with a focus on development.
DALLAS — English Premier League club Manchester City has launched a youth soccer program in DFW, called Manchester City North Texas FC.
The team will “deliver world-class coaching and development-focused training for boys and girls from ages 8-19,” the club said in a release about the announcement.
Training will be structured around the principles used in the City Football Academy in Manchester, which has produced and continues to develop world-class talent, the club said.
It will be Manchester City’s first full-time youth development presence in the United States. In addition to year-round programming in Dallas, the club will offer seasonal camps and exclusive experiences, including opportunities for players to train at the City Football Academy in Manchester.
Full-time Manchester City coaches will relocate to Dallas for the program.
“We are excited to launch our first year-round program in the United States here in North Texas, bringing the quality of our coaching and development approach to the local youth community,” said Jorgina Busquets, Managing Director Football Education, Recreation & Partner Clubs at City Football Group. “This marks another important step in our ambition to deliver world-class coaching and development programs to young players across the United States.”
Further information about Manchester City North Texas FC, including training venues and facilities, will be announced in the coming months.
Registration for summer camps is open, with dates across June and July 2026. For more information, visit the program website here.
