March 31 City Holiday to be observed on April 3.

SAN ANTONIO (March 19, 2026) – The City of San Antonio announced today that it will not observe the Cesar Chavez holiday scheduled for Tuesday, March 31, 2026. This scheduled holiday will move to Friday, April 3, for this year. 


Tuesday, March 31: All City offices will remain open for regular business hours.
Friday, April 3: Most City offices will be closed in observance of the rescheduled holiday.

Residents are encouraged to visit the City’s website and social media for any updates regarding the adjusted schedule of City services.
