Instead, pitmaster Jack Zizzo offers cuts like tri-tip, lamb ribs, hot links, and coppa along with expected sides like mac and cheese and coleslaw. Zizzo, who comes to Texas by way of Ohio and Southern California, met his partner Justin Payton while working at Barley Swine in 2015, so expect tender meats with the occasional fine-dining touch.
