SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — The San Antonio Police Department is investigating after a man was hit by a car while trying to cross Loop 410.
It all happened around 3 a.m. between Marbach Road and and Highway 90.
Investigators say the driver of the car stopped to help the man, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver is not expected to face any charges.
The northbound lanes of Loop 410 are now open.
