Broadway in San Antonio’s newly unveiled 2026-27 season at the Majestic Theatre will include 11 touring shows, including classics such as The Phantom of the Opera and The Sound of Music along with five debuts, among them Alicia Keys’ Hell’s Kitchen.

In addition to Hell’s Kitchen, this season’s San Antonio debuts include Mrs. Doubtfire, Buena Vista Social Club, The Great Gatsby and Death Becomes Her. New seven-show subscriptions are also available starting at $342 with the four additional productions available as season options, Broadway in San Antonio officials said Friday.

“Each season, we are honored to bring home some of Broadway’s most celebrated productions to the Majestic Theatre, and the 2026/2027 season will present even more exceptional performances,” Majestic Theatre General Manager Emily Smith said in a statement. “With iconic titles like Wicked, The Phantom of the Opera and The
Sound of Music, this new lineup offers unforgettable experiences for all audiences.”

The full season will include:

● Mrs. Doubtfire (San Antonio Debut), Sept. 15-20

● The Sound of Music, Oct. 6-11

● Beetlejuice (Season Option), Nov. 13-15

● Buena Vista Social Club (San Antonio Debut), Nov. 24-29

● A Christmas Story: The Musical (Season Option), Dec. 11-13

● The Phantom of the Opera, Jan. 6-17, 2027

● Alicia Keys’ Hell’s Kitchen (San Antonio Debut), Feb. 16-21, 2027

●The Great Gatsby (San Antonio Debut), March 16-21, 2027

● Waitress (Season Option), April 9-11, 2027

● Death Becomes Her (San Antonio Debut), May 4-9, 2027

● Wicked (Season Option), June 2-20, 2027
