SCHERTZ, Texas – A suspect has been arrested in connection with a violent overnight shooting that left two teens hospitalized.
On Friday, the Schertz Police Department announced that a suspect, identified as 17-year-old Gabriel Alvarado, had been arrested on a warrant connected to the shooting.
Alvarado has been charged with Aggravated Assault and is currently being held in the Guadalupe County Jail on a separate warrant for Aggravated Robbery from Bexar County.

Just after midnight on Wednesday, two teenagers were rushed to the hospital after being shot at a home off Redbud Way.
When officers arrived, they found two teenage boys, both believed to be 17 years old, with gunshot wounds.
One teen was hospitalized in serious condition, while the other was in stable condition.
