Food lovers across Dallas-Fort Worth can look forward to a flavorful season as spring and summer food festivals dish out an array of cuisine. There will be Cajun food, pies, barbecue, soul food, Latin food, peaches and pizza.
Here’s a list of 16 food festivals happening in North Texas this spring and summer, ranging in food, price and location.
DALLAS SOUL FOOD FESTIVAL
Enjoy over 30 vendors from across the country serving up plates full of pork chops, oxtails, candied yams, greens, fried chicken, fried fish, barbecue, turkey legs and more soul food. There will also be live music and local small businesses selling clothing, jewelry and home goods.

DETAILS: March 22 from noon to 6 p.m. at Lofty Spaces, 816 Montgomery St., Dallas. Tickets range from free to $38.
DALLAS ARBORETUM FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL
An elegant tasting experience full of delicious bites by top chefs paired with a curated selection of premium wines, craft beers and specialty beverages. There will be sample dishes from more than 40 of Dallas-Fort Worth’s most celebrated chefs, plus scenic views of the botanical gardens and live music.
DETAILS: March 26 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, 8525 Garland Road, Dallas. Tickets are $142 for members and $162 for general admission.
FORT WORTH FOOD AND WINE FESTIVAL
This festival will feature two new events this year, called the Fork + Fire and The Big Brunch. The festival will also be collaborating for the first time with other regional food festivals from Dallas, Houston and Fort Worth.
DETAILS: April 9-12 at the Heart of the Ranch at Clearfork, 5000 Clearfork Main St., Fort Worth. Tickets range from $75 to $229, depending on the event.
TASTE! AT THE STAR IN FRISCO
The Star at Frisco will host one of the North Texas Food Bank’s signature events. The evening will be filled with live entertainment, auctions and gourmet bites from some of DFW’s top chefs and restaurants.
DETAILS: April 17 from 7 to 10:30 p.m. at Ford Center at The Star, 9 Cowboys Way, Frisco. General admission is $250.
FOODIELAND FOOD FESTIVAL
You don’t have to wait until the State Fair of Texas to eat delicious food at Fair Park. There will be a wide array of carnival food to dig into.
DETAILS: April 17 from 3 to 10 p.m., April 18-19 from 1 to 10 p.m. at Fair Park, 3809 Grand Ave., Dallas. Tickets are $12.99.
8TH ANNUAL TEXAS PIE FEST
A celebration of pie that will have pie vendors from all over Texas, plus a pie-baking contest, a pie-eating contest, artisan vendors, food trucks, a pie fight and more pie-themed fun.
DETAILS: April 18 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Tate Farms, 12992 S. FM 548, Rockwall. Tickets are $15 per person for adults and children over 8 years old. Children under 7 are free.
5TH ANNUAL SYNDICATE SMOKEDOWN & MUSIC FESTIVAL
A not-for-profit barbecue and music festival that will have two dozen pitmasters from across the country. Country-rock band Whiskey Myers will headline. Another highlight will be the 2026 cook-off, which will be the largest in festival history with more than 100 teams.
DETAILS: April 18 in the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards, 131 E. Exchange Ave, Fort Worth. Tickets cost $75.59 for music only, $134.09 for barbecue, or $245.39 for a VIP ticket.

EATALY DALLAS PIZZA FEST 2026
Go and taste pizza from over 25 local pizza shops and drink a variety of Italian wines and local beers. There will also be live music, chef demonstrations, hands-on pizza-making demonstrations and more.

LONE STAR SMOKEOUT FESTIVAL
Three days full of country music, barbecue and beer at AT&T Stadium. The headliners will include Shaboozey on Friday, Koe Wetzel on Saturday and Riley Green on Sunday. Taste barbecue from all across Texas, plus St. Louis, Phoenix, Chicago and more.

TEXAS STREET FOOD FESTIVAL
Billy Bob’s Texas will be taken over by delicious street food. There will be over 70 vendors, which include more than 40 restaurants and food trucks serving various food options. All food options are priced at $10 or less.

SAVOR
A four-day culinary experience featuring celebrity chefs, pitmasters, sommeliers and mixologists. There will also be events like Masters of Taste, Fork & Fire, Savor Grand Tasting and Margaritas & Mariachis.

CELINA CAJUN FEST
In May the Celina Downtown Square will be transformed into a Cajun culinary experience. Attendees can enjoy the Cajun flavor while two-stepping to live music. There will be homemade goods like gumbo and jambalaya, and kids can enjoy watching educational shows and play in the carnival.
DETAILS: May 9 from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Celina’s Downtown Square, 142 N. Ohio St., Celina. Free.
ZEST FEST 2026
The spiciest food festival in North Texas will be serving up tastebud-tingling samples, live cooking demos and eating contests. There will also be celebrity chefs doing demonstrations, plus hot sauces, salsas, snacks, rubs and seasonings, and special fiery products will be judged during the Fiery Food Challenge.
DETAILS: May 29 and 30 from 1 to 6 p.m. and May 31 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Will Rodgers Memorial Center, 3401 West Lancaster Ave., Fort Worth. Tickets range from $24.12 and $27.83, depending on the day; the weekend pass is $54.35.
SAZON LATIN FOOD FESTIVAL
A family-friendly outdoor festival featuring food from all over Latin America. There will be flavors from the Caribbean, Central and South America, plus drinks and music.
DETAILS: May 31 from noon to 5 p.m. at Four Corners Brewing Company, 1311 South Ervay St., Dallas. Free but must reserve spot.
41ST PARKER COUNTY PEACH FESTIVAL
A one-stop shop for peaches, buy peached themed foods like peach ice cream, peach tea, peach cobbler and of course, fresh peaches from local growers. There will also be live music and entertainment, competitions and a peach pedal bike ride.
DETAILS: July 11 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Historic Downtown Weatherford. Tickets go on sale June 1.
6TH ANNUAL ENLIGHTEN TOURS FOOD FESTIVAL
A showcase of Black eateries and Black excellence. That will include live music, dancing and drinks. Attendees are also invited to bring their own chairs to the event.
DETAILS: July 18 from 5 to 10 p.m. at Reverchon Park, 3505 Maple Ave., Dallas. Entry fee is $10 but kids under 12 get in for free.
