Roope Hintz left the Stars’ game against the Hurricanes after being on the receiving end of a heavy hit from Carolina’s Taylor Hall. Hall got a two-minute charging penalty for the hit.

Hintz got flattened after chasing the puck into the corner left of Jake Oettinger’s net. He was down and received medical attention on the ice before getting up and skating off under his own power.
