Former Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic has filed documents seeking the dismissal of a child support petition filed by his ex-fiancée Anamaria Goltes, according to a report from ESPN.
The filings were made Friday with the Superior Court of Los Angeles, according to the report.
The report comes a little more than a week after Doncic said in a statement that he ended his yearslong engagement to Goltes and that he would “fight” to be with his daughters.

“I love my daughters more than anything and I’ve been doing everything I can for them to be with me in the U.S. during the season, but that hasn’t been possible,” Doncic said.
The couple have two daughters together, 2-year-old Gabriela and 4-month-old Olivia.
Goltes had reportedly filed her petition in California, despite living in Slovenia with the two children and Doncic maintaining his Texas residence after his midseason trade last year.
These filings from Doncic come just two days after he matched the second-best scoring effort of his career with 60 points in a win over the Miami Heat.
It is the second time in five games that Doncic has scored 50 points or more.
Adebayo surpassed Kobe Bryant for the second-most points in a single NBA game behind only Wilt Chamberlain’s mythical 100 points.
