All were taken into custody with no bond.

The agencies that participated in the operation were El Paso County Constable Precincts 1, 4 and 6, along with the Texas Office of the Inspector General.

The Constable’s Office for Precinct 6 would like to remind the public that individuals with outstanding warrants are encouraged to take immediate action to resolve their warrants.

“Avoid unnecessary arrest by voluntarily addressing your warrant. Taking care of it now can prevent additional charges, fines and complications,” said Constable for Precinct 6 Javier Garcia.

According to a news release, these individuals were all released on parole from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice prison system. They failed to comply with parole supervision, which caused the state to violate their parole and issue warrants for their arrests, authorities said.

Constable for Precinct 1 Frank Almada said this operation shows the importance of inter-agency cooperation.

“By working together, we are able to more effectively locate and apprehend individuals with outstanding warrants, ultimately making our communities safer,” Almada said.
