LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The Texas Secretary of State has certified primary election results, confirming which two candidates will advance to the Republican runoff for the District 19 seat in the House.
Tom Sell will face Abraham Enriquez on the Republican runoff ballot. Sell took 40 percent of the vote earlier this month while it remained close between Enriquez and Matt Smith.
Enriquez, a grassroots activist, will advance with 19 percent of the vote.
The runoff election is May 26.
