AUSTIN, Texas — Police are responding to a SWAT situation early Monday morning in southeast Austin.
According to the Austin Police Department (APD), officers are responding to an incident involving a person who barricaded themselves inside a home on the 6400 block of Santos St. and Vargas Rd., not far from Montopolis Drive and East Riverside Drive.
It’s unclear what led up to this incident at this time. No additional information is available.
