PLANO – Aligned Data Centers is constructing a 425,000-sf, two-story data center at 601 N. Star Rd.
The $700 million project is being developed in phases and will total 72 megawatts of capacity.
The facility will include 12 data halls of about 20,000 sf each.
The building shell, substation, and power infrastructure are complete.
Full completion is expected next year, with initial capacity delivering in June.
