Yokozuna Bento-Sando is back in business after a five-month hiatus, the owner confirmed.

The restaurant reopened in March after closing its doors for undisclosed reasons in September 2025.

What’s special about it?

The eatery specializes in sandos, a Japanese-style sandwich made with white bread and fillings like chicken, pork or tofu.

Their fruit sandos, made with fruit and whipped cream, are especially popular.

Yokozuna also features a front section modeled after a konbini, or convenience store, where customers can buy pre-packaged meals alongside Japanese snacks and gifts.
