JUSTICEBURG, Texas — Police have ended their search after finding two children who they say were abducted out of a town in West Texas on Saturday morning.
Deputies in Adams County searched for 11-year-old Cindy Casas-Mejia and 13-year-old Edward Casas-Mejia, who were last seen around 9 a.m. on Saturday in Justiceburg, Texas. The search was discontinued around 7:36 a.m. Sunday morning.
Cindy is described as a 5’2 Hispanic girl with black hair and brown eyes weighing around 130 lbs. Police say she was last seen wearing glasses, spaghetti straps and jeans.
Edward is described as a 5’6 Hispanic boy with brown hair and brown eyes weighing about 210 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black shorts, according to police.
Police are also searching for 31-year-old Magali Sanchez Mejia, who they say is in connection with the abduction of the children and was also last seen in Justiceburg around 9 a.m. Saturday.
Police describe her as a 5’3 Hispanic woman with black hair and brown eyes weighing 130 lbs. She was last seen with black and blue hair, police say.
