ZIP code 77338 saw the biggest percentage change in median homes sales price, dropping roughly 15%. Meanwhile, ZIP code 77345 saw a median home sales price percentage increase of more than 11%.
On average, homes stayed on the market longer in all but two ZIP codes: 77044 and 77338.
Nearly 74% of homes sold in February 2026 were in the $200,000-$399,999 price range.
