San Antonio police recovered a stolen vehicle linked to multiple car thefts, abandoned at a west side residence.
SAN ANTONIO — A stolen vehicle linked to multiple auto theft cases was recovered Tuesday morning on the west side, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
Police said the vehicle was found after 10 a.m. in the 9700 block of Vale Drive, where it had been abandoned at a residence. Officers on scene reported the vehicle was located in the driveway of an unoccupied home.
According to SAPD, the vehicle had been stolen a day earlier from the owner’s driveway in the west side area. Investigators also believe it is connected to several other vehicle thefts.
No suspects have been detained at this time, police said. The owner of the vehicle has been notified and was on the way to retrieve it, according to officials.
