The final stretch before the Masters is here.

The PGA Tour heads to Texas this week for the Texas Children’s Houston Open, one of the final stops before the golf world descends on Augusta National. While it’s easy to look ahead, there is a decent field in Houston this week for golfers trying to prepare for the opening major championship in 2026.

Min Woo Lee will attempt to defend his inaugural Tour win this week, and Chris Gotterup and Sahith Theegala are in the field, too. Brooks Koepka, who has been playing better recently after his return from LIV Golf, will also tee it up. Koepka has three straight top-20 finishes, including last weekend’s T18 run at the Valspar Championship in Florida.
