Plano and Kendall County authorities last week arrested 49-year-old Jesus Almaraz-Rodriguez of Plano in the 300 block of Steward Street.
Almaraz-Rodriguez is charged with multiple drug and weapons offenses.
On March 17, the Plano Police Department and the Kendall County Cooperative Police Assistance Team searched a home in the area and say they recovered more than 850 grams of cocaine, two semi-automatic pistols, ammunition, 17 identification cards, a vehicle, and cash.
Police say the search was the result of a lengthy investigation.
Almaraz-Rodriguez was taken to the Kendall County Jail and was denied pretrial release.
