The Dallas Stars are continuing to make future-focused roster additions.
Dallas has signed defenseman Aram Minnetian to a three-year, entry-level contract, the team announced Tuesday. The plan is for Minnetian to report to Dallas’ AHL affiliate, the Texas Stars for the rest of the 2025-26 season.
The Stars originally selected Minetian (6-0, 209 pounds) in the fourth round of the 2023 NHL draft. The defenseman has played at the collegiate level over the last three seasons, suiting up for Boston College. He played 36 games for the school this season, posting 11 points (two goals, nine assists). He has also blocked 36 shots throughout the campaign.
Minnetian has also represented the U.S. on the international stage. He recently helped Team USA claim gold at the 2025 U20 IIHF World Junior Championship.
