Five cars and a home were destroyed by fire early Wednesday morning in south Fort Worth, fire officials say.
At about 4 a.m., Fort Worth firefighters were called to a house fire on 8th Avenue. When firefighters arrived, they found the house on fire and three cars in the driveway also burning.
As firefighters battled the blaze, it spread next door, damaging the home and destroying two other vehicles.
No injuries were reported.
The American Red Cross is assisting seven people impacted by the fire, including six adults and a child. The fire department says the cause appears to be accidental.
