Austin-based Pinthouse Pizza opens first San Antonio location this week
This Austin-based restaurant has expanded, opening its first location in San Antonio. The brewpub is known for a wide range of craft beers, pizzas and sandwiches, according to previous reporting from Community Impact.
Cibolo-based mobile coffee service now operating across San Antonio
The new mobile coffee cart offers a curated selection of lattes, cold brew, hot beverages and more. Co-owner Jared Tooker said the coffee beans are sourced locally from New Braunfels-based Friday Coffee Roasters.
Bella Sera officially settles into new location in Boerne
Bella Sera of Boerne—the Italian restaurant temporarily located at 812 N. Main St.—moved into their new location up the street at 900 N. Main St. on March 16. According to a Facebook post from the business, the restaurant closed from March 16-19 to move locations and reopened March 23 to the public.

This New Braunfels-born burger joint is planning to open a second location in North San Antonio. Muck & Fuss serves a selection of gourmet burgers along with craft beers. The restaurant also has truffle fries, milkshakes and more.
Anthony’s opens food truck in Cibolo
Anthony’s Cibolo opened a food truck at 700 FM 1103 in February. The food truck serves a selection of fried food, seafood, street food and more.
Outback Steakhouse closes in Northeast San Antonio after 25 years
The restaurant closed its location at The Forum at Olympia Parkway in Selma on March 15 after its lease expired, said Elizabeth Daly, director of corporate Communications for Bloomin’ Brands Inc., in an email to Community Impact. Outback Steakhouse served a variety of steakhouse fare, burgers, seafood and more.
