Join a powerful movement and move hope forward with the Victory Over Violence Walk/Run. Walk with NBC 5, Telemundo 39, and The Women’s Center on Saturday, April 18 at the Trinity Park Duck Pond in Fort Worth. NBC 5’s Deborah Ferguson will serve as the event’s emcee! Come out and support The Women’s Center’s mission to provide critical services for survivors of sexual assault and sexual violence.
The event will have two race distances: the 1K Fun Run and the 5K Walk/Run. The race starts at the Trinity Park Duck Pond near downtown Fort Worth. Food, beverages, a children’s area, a t-shirt, and more will be included. Everyone who signs up for the race will also receive two tickets to Mayfest! Learn more about Mayfest here.
