LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – An arrest has been made in connection with a hit-and-run that left one man dead.
28-year-old Daniel King was arrested after an investigation, and autopsy, determined 51-year-old Shane Bowen’s injuries were the result of being hit by a car.

The Lubbock County District Attorney’s office issues a warrant for King on Thursday. He was then arrested at 11:41 a.m. on Friday in the 12000 block of US-87 by the Texas Anti-Gang Center.
King was taken and booked into the Lubbock County Detention Center where he is being held on a $100,000 bond.
He is being charged with failure to stop and render aid resulting in death.
