Morning commuters urged to seek alternate routes near San Felipe

HOUSTON – Southbound lanes of the 610 West Loop near San Felipe Street are closed as crews respond to a fatal crash.
Officials said the crash happened around 5:22 a.m. Saturday. Houston Police said the crash involves at least two vehicles and a pedestrian.
One person was confirmed dead by authorities.
Avoid the area and seek alternate routes.
