SAN ANTONIO β If you thought you saw sharks in the San Antonio River Walkβ¦ youβre not alone.
And no, youβre not imagining things.
Fake shark fins have been spotted gliding through the water downtown, surprising tourists and locals alike β and yes, they look pretty real.
Itβs all part of a creative promo for Netflixβs upcoming thriller Thrash, set to premiere April 10.
The movie follows survivors trapped in rising floodwaters⦠surrounded by sharks.
To bring that idea to life, Netflix dropped artificial fins, some even marked with the Netflix βN,β Β into the River Walk, turning the city into a real-life teaser.
The fins were first spotted late March and could still be seen heading toward Museum Reach and the Pearl.
So if youβre out by the river this weekendβ¦ keep an eye on the water.
