It’s that time of year again on the South Plains, time for the ABC Pro Rodeo which is now in its 83rd year. And if you’ve never been to the ABC Pro Rodeo, whether it was back in the days when it was held in Lubbock or more recently at the Mallet Event City in Levelland, you should plan a trip to attend.

ABC Rodeo In Levelland Starts April 2

The 83rd Annual ABC Pro Rodeo will be held at the Mallet Event Center in Levelland, Texas April 2 through April 4 and according to a press release, it will return with some great action for fans of the rodeo.

Sanctioned by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, the ABC Rodeo returns with a high-energy slate of premier rodeo action, including Bull Riding, Bareback Riding, Tie-Down Roping, Steer Wrestling, Saddle Bronc Riding, Barrel Racing, Breakaway Roping, and more. Fans will experience elite competition alongside top-quality livestock provided by the acclaimed Beutler & Son Rodeo Co., a respected name across the PRCA circuit.

 

This year’s performances will spotlight fan favorites like Greg Simas, Eli Sharkey, Ryder Rich, Dusty Myers and others. Rodeo performances are scheduled for:
● Thursday, April 2 at 7:30 p.m.
● Friday, April 3 at 7:30 p.m.
● Saturday, April 4 at 1:30 p.m. & 7:30 p.m.
